Last updated: 2026. Entrance Master Ethiopia ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in line with Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024, enforced by the Ethiopian Communications Authority (ECA).

1. Information We Collect

When you enroll, we collect your full name, phone number, school name, chosen payment method, and a screenshot of your payment confirmation. We do not collect more data than is necessary to verify and process your enrollment.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to: (a) verify your Telebirr/CBE payment, (b) unlock exam access tied to your phone number, and (c) contact you about your enrollment status. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

In this version of the platform, enrollment data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized administrators. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your data from unauthorized access, in line with Article 25 (Data Security) of Proclamation No. 1321/2024. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and you share your information at your own risk.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Ethiopian law you have the right to: know what data we hold about you, request a copy of it, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, unless we are required to retain it by law.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in risk to you, we will notify the ECA and affected users without undue delay, consistent with the Proclamation's breach-notification requirements.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

This app may use your browser's local storage to remember your login/session on your own device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you submit a form.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026. By accessing or using Entrance Master Ethiopia, you agree to these Terms, which are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including the Trade Competition and Consumers Protection Proclamation No. 813/2013 and the general contract provisions of the Ethiopian Civil Code.

1. The Service

Entrance Master Ethiopia provides Grade 9–12 model entrance exams and past-question practice to help students prepare for the Ethiopian University Entrance Examination (EUEE). Three sample questions per exam and limited previews are free; full access requires a one-time enrollment payment.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

You must provide accurate registration information (name, phone number, school). Access unlocked after payment approval is tied to your registered phone number and is for your personal, non-commercial study use only. Sharing your unlocked access with others is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly republish exam content obtained through this platform, and not to attempt to bypass the payment/verification system. Violating this may result in suspension of access without refund, and, where applicable, action under the Computer Crime Proclamation No. 958/2016.

4. Intellectual Property

Model exam questions, explanations, and platform design are the property of Entrance Master Ethiopia or its content contributors.

5. No Guarantee of Exam Outcome

Model exams are prepared to reflect the style and difficulty of past EUEE papers as closely as possible, but we do not guarantee that any specific question will appear on the actual national exam, nor do we guarantee any particular score or admission outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Ethiopian law, Entrance Master Ethiopia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Trade Competition and Consumers Protection Proclamation No. 813/2013 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update exam content, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any dispute should first be raised with us directly at beleshone@gmail.com; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Ethiopian courts, or the Trade Competition and Consumer Protection Authority (TCCPA) for consumer-protection matters.

Student Enrollment Agreement

This Agreement is formed between you ("the Student") and Entrance Master Ethiopia at the moment your enrollment application is approved by an administrator, and is governed by the general contract principles of the Ethiopian Civil Code (offer, acceptance, and lawful consideration).

1. What You Are Purchasing

A one-time enrollment payment (the fee is shown on the Enrollment page) grants you access to: all model entrance exams and past questions across all subjects and full step-by-step answer explanations, tied to the phone number you registered.

2. Payment & Verification

Payment is made via Telebirr (0916 080 047) or Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (1000041315688). You must submit a valid screenshot of your payment. Access is unlocked only after an administrator manually verifies and approves your submission — this is a manual review process and is not instant.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide a real name, a working phone number, and an unaltered payment screenshot. Submitting false payment evidence is treated as attempted fraud and may be reported to the relevant authorities under Ethiopian law.

4. Duration of Access

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access granted under this Agreement is valid for your own use while the platform operates, tied to your registered phone number.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of the Terms of Use (e.g., sharing your login, attempting to bypass payment verification) without refund of the enrollment fee.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, forms the entire agreement between you and Entrance Master Ethiopia regarding your enrollment.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is provided consistent with consumer-protection principles under the Trade Competition and Consumers Protection Proclamation No. 813/2013, which entitles consumers to fair treatment and redress for defective or misrepresented services.

1. Before Approval

If your enrollment has not yet been approved by an administrator, you may request a full refund by contacting beleshone@gmail.com or beleshone2@gmail.com with your registered phone number and payment reference.

2. After Approval

Because approval immediately unlocks full digital access to all exams and explanations, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted — consistent with standard practice for digital content that has already been delivered/accessed. This does not affect any right you have under Ethiopian consumer-protection law where the service was materially defective, not as described, or not delivered at all.

3. Incorrect or Rejected Payments

If your payment screenshot is rejected because it could not be verified (e.g., unclear image, wrong amount, wrong recipient), you will be notified and given the chance to resubmit correct proof. If you believe a rejection was made in error, contact us for manual review.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally paid more than once for the same enrollment, contact us with both payment references; the duplicate amount will be refunded via the same payment method (Telebirr or CBE) within a reasonable time.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email beleshone@gmail.com with your full name, registered phone number, payment method, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are normally reviewed within 5–7 business days.
